Oathlane helps you practice the 2025 U.S. naturalization civics test. It is not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency. It is not legal advice, it does not say whether you qualify, and it does not help you complete Form N-400. A practice score is not a USCIS result.

What is free

Fifty flashcards are free, including all 20 starred 65/20 questions. You also get 2 practice quizzes a day and one 5-question spoken interview trial a day. The trial is not a pass or a fail. Listening mode uses those 50 cards. A few N-400 practice questions are free. The full N-400 set is part of Pro. That practice does not save your answers and is not legal advice. Progress, weak-question review, streaks, and study help stay free within the free cards. There are no ads. You do not create an account. Those notes stay on your phone.

Pro

Pro is $14.99 once, or $6.99 a month until you cancel in the App Store or Google Play. There is no weekly plan. Pro unlocks all 128 flashcards, unlimited quizzes, listening for every card including weak cards, and the full spoken interview. The officer voice asks up to 20 questions. Twelve correct answers pass. Nine wrong answers stop the session. Your answer is checked against the acceptable answers USCIS lists for that question. The interview is in English. You can speak or type. If on-device speech recognition is unavailable, type the answer. Oathlane does not upload audio.

To restore a purchase, open Settings and tap Restore purchases, using the same Apple ID or Google account that paid.

Officeholder names

Senator, representative, governor, capital, and federal names ship inside the app. After the November 2026 midterms, new officials take office in January 2027. When a public update file is configured, opening the app downloads that file and uses the new names without a new store version. Confirm the names on the USCIS test-updates page before your interview.

Two House seats were vacant in the bundled file dated October 10, 2026: Florida district 20 and Texas district 23. The app accepts “the seat is vacant” for those districts until a newer file names the representative.

En el archivo del 10 de octubre de 2026 estaban vacantes los distritos 20 de Florida y 23 de Texas.
